Button not showing on mobile

I checked your website and the button is being displayed after a star is touched as it should. At least on my phone and simulator ??

Thanks for the reply.
Unfortunately the button is not showing on my end, and I am constantly receiving complaints from users, who didn’t get a button and did rating mistakes because of that.

What can cause that? and the differences between what you see and what me and the users see?

this is a tricky one ?? I just tried again with two different smartphones in Chrome and Firefox and the button showed normally every time. Is it device/browser specific? Android/Chrome/Firefox are for sure not a problem. It’s hard to debug something that I can’t reproduce ??

When should the button appear – on page load, before the user tries to rate, or only after the user submits his rating?

Are there any known conflicts with other plugins?

The button appears beneath the stars once you click on the star. So, basically once you click on a star you don’t yet submit rating – you just select the star/rating. Then you press the submit button (which is visible only once you clicked on a star) and the rating is submitted.
