We’ve seen some cases where a page builder, caching or security plugin prevents the Clipchamp button code from loading, if you’re using any of these they might have an option to whitelist our plugin.
In addition, can you please confirm that you went through the setup steps mentioned at https://help.clipchamp.com/api-and-wordpress-plugin/wordpress-plugin/how-to-install-the-video-uploader-webcam-recorder-wordpress-plugin without adding the plugin code manually to your test page? Unlike the manual implementation of our API, the use of the plugin doesn’t require the manual adding of the script to a page’s <head> section.
