• I am about to decide which page builder plugin I shall recommend to my client.
I would love to go with Pootle, but there a strange issue.

When Pootle Pagebuilder is activated, I can’t get the orange button thing to work. Clicking on the icon does nothing. When I close the editor, the UI window with the building options shows up (maybe it had been opened in the back?). I can fill in the options but when I click on the “insert” button, again nothing happens. No button.
I tried several browsers and several themes, but it doesn’t work (FF, Chrome, Twentysixteen).

The most odd thing is – when I deactivate the Pootle Page Builder and download/activate the stand alone Button Plugin everything works.

    Any idea about that?
I’d hate to use another page builder together with Pootle Button.
    =:o/

    Regards,

    Kirsten

    Hi Kirsten,

Pootle button is built into pootle pagebuilder now so you don’t need it installed as a separate plugin – if you de-activate it everything should work ??

    I know.
I didnt’t activate Pootle Builder and Pootle Button at the same time.
I just testet the Pootle Button Plugin AFTER I deactivated Pootle Builder. I just wanted to see what would happen.

So: The Button in Pootle Builder does not work in my install.
If I DEACTIVATE Pootle Builder and activate Pootle Button, the Buttons works. But the button that is integrated in Pootle Builder does not work (Pootle Button being deactivated).
