  • @fugertive, This seems like some of the JS is not loading as if I look at your site it keep on loading , can you disable all your extra plugins and see if the button works correctly? Becasuse this seems to a conflict either in theme or from some of your installed plugins. Please check that and let me know what you got.
    Thanks!

The next thing to check would be your theme. Can you switch to a basic Twenty theme temporarily to see if the issue persists?

    Hi Angelleue,
I switched tot the basic Twenty, but it is still the same.

We don’t have any reports of this from anybody else, and we aren’t able to reproduce it ourselves, so it seems there must be something unique there causing this.

Where is JQMIGRATE coming from? That seems like it’s causing a conflict.

Hmm don’t know. is there a whe i can shut it down from or something?

Hi, is there a way to fix it?

You need to be able to test a clean slate. It seems you haven’t fully gotten things disabled temporarily for testing. With a clean slate it should work properly, and then you could start re-enabling things one-by-one until the problem comes back to find the culprit. If you can find the culprit we can try to reproduce and see if there is a way to fix it from our end or not.

Also, make sure after disabling plugins and switching to a basic theme that you clear out any caching / CDN tools you might be using to be sure you’re running on minimal code.
