Button not working in mobiles. Astra free.

    Hello. Testing the main menu in mobiles, when clicking the button “Servicios” over the title or in the space between the title and the arrow, using # as the URL, the menu closes.

    If I set the URL for the button as empty, as recomended in a Youtube video (published two years ago), nothing happens. The only way to toggle is by clicking the arrow.

    I’m using Astra free.

    I’m new to WordPress and Astra, so I can’t figure out what is happening.

    Checking your site, however it is on coming soon mode.

    Could you please try play around with the section seen in this screenshot on the Customizer?

    Now you can see the behavior of the button “Servicio” on mobiles: https://centronavka.cl/
    The button closes the menu. It only toggle the submenu when clicking the arrow. I would like the button “Servicio” to bring up the submenu no matter which part of it is clicked.

    I′m using the menu that comes with the Astra theme. Since I don’t see Customizing > Off-Canvas settings, I assume the theme doesn’t use it.

    Hello @bsfherman

    I decided to leave the submenu expanded on mobiles and tablets. I also left the parental button without a link and with a hover pointer. It’s not the perfect solution but it’s better than the alternative.
