Button not working. Please HELP

I have same problem, “Insert shortcodes” button isn’t working.
When i click over it the menu within the post editor doesn’t appear.

Sorry for write post by post, i find solution for my problem.
I have plugin “Opening Hours”, when that plugin is ON “Insert shortcodes” button isn’t working, but when plugin “Opening Hours” is OFF, Shortcodes working correctly.

I don’t know why it happens, earlier everything worked correctly.

I have the same problem I think. When I press the “insert shortcodes” button I get nothing. The options don’t pop up. This used to work for me before updating and I really like it. Please help me figure out why it doesn’t work at all now.
