Button problem on basic form

I am testing a form at https://www.thelittledoglaughed.org/donations/donate-now/

Unless the cursor is over the button, the letters on the “Donate Now” button are black on a black background. The equivalent button elsewhere correctly has white text on black. Where do I fix this?
