    i was looking for the answer. found something about disable plugins but it did not work. please help. thank you!

    We are sorry for the trouble that we may have caused. I registered on your site as username: dirtest and I was able to upload user profile without any issue. Here is a screenshot https://prnt.sc/vdb0en

    It seems like your broswer is preventing the pop-up so, please try using incognito/private mode also, test with a different browser.

    it did not work on incognito but on a different browser it does.
