Button Spacing After Updating to 5.9

Hello,
After updating to 5.9, the spacing between buttons is removed and buttons aligned vertically merge together in one unbroken column. They still function as buttons but there is no space between them. I am using theme Twenty Fourteen. As a work-around, I inserted a paragraph block between each button and only entered a space in the paragraph block.
Curious if anyone else has noticed this.
