Button stores always absolute urls not relative ones

    Hello,

    After migration of my WordPress instance from a local dev server I’ve observed that all Buttons have stored the address in the absolute form:
    eg. https://localserver/action instead of /action. So after Migration I need to change all buttons by hand.

    Is this a bug?
