BUtton submitt keep “waiting”

    Hello,

    I have installed your site review plugin on a clients website. When clients like to add a review, and press submit button, they keep seeing the submit button stay on: “Submitting, please wait”.

    The review goes through to the adminpanel/plugin for approval in wordpress. But that a client doesnt know. So it keeps looking like it doesnt work

    Any ideas on how to solve this button problem?

    Are there any warning or error entries in the Site Reviews > Tools > Console?

    What is the URL of the website? There might be a conflict somewhere causing a javascript error in the browser.

    No, no warnings at all.

    Please try the following:

    1. Go to the Site Reviews > Tools > Console page and change the log level to DEBUG
    2. Disable any caching plugins (i.e. WP Super Cache, etc.)
    3. Submit a review
    4. Go to the Site Reviews > Tools > Console page and refresh the console.

    After doing that, do you see any console log entries?
