Button Text Not aligned

The button text is not aligned properly. It is never vertically aligned and seems to be in the bottom half of the button always. I have seen this problem posted before in this forum but it was for different themes. I am sure it is my theme that is making the problem but I don’t know what to fix. I am using a child theme so it won’t be hard to change once I know what is needed. I can also change CSS very easy. Any tips?
