Button to suppress adverts : link missing

Hi Greg,

I have detected missing links in manage ads shortcode (in my case, used to manage ads in my woocommerce account).
For each ad, you have See / Edit / Suppress buttons. When clicked, suppress button is extended in a new confirmation button with “Are you sure ?” + “Suppress” links. It seems that “suppress” href is “#” and gives nothing when clicked.
The overall link contains the correct href but it disappears when the confirmation button is clicked.
