When adding a button, the url field started disappearing on me. It pops up for about 1 second and then disappears. I’ve deactivated all my plugins and that doesn’t solve the problem. I’ve used the button many times in the past without a problem. Any suggestions?

First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

If it is, please do these two things:

    1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

    2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

Thanks for your help. I updated Chrome, which is the browser I use. It made a slight difference (The url box appeared everytime I typed a letter in the url field. As soon as I moved my cursor to the url field, it would disappear).

Then, I cleared my browser’s cache and cookies. That solved the problem. Sorry, I should have thought of that myself, as doing that solved other problems I’ve had in the past.

    Thank you again!
