Hello, I am experiencing a bug where many buttons in the plugin are not working. I am on version 1.9.5.8

I open this page for example https://jessicaamber.com.au/wp-admin/admin.php?page=eos_dp_menu&posts_per_page=30&eos_dp_post_type=page&eos_page=2
Almost none of the buttons on screen are working. The tick boxes, plug icons, the ‘filter plugins 1-19’ at top left of screen, the plus signs and sliders to the left of each page title, and more.

Buttons that do still work: just the buttons that take you to different URLs, like the Freesoul Roles Manager settings page (and the buttons therein still work), links to each plugin at top of chart, etc.

I have tried enabling and disabling the plugin, that did nothing. I guess the next thing I’ll try is downgrading to earlier version.

    HI @jadedjester

I suspect the FDP scripts are not loaded because of the content security policy that prevents scripts from external domains from loading in the FDP backend pages. Probably, due to unexpected issues, the same content security policy blocks also the FDP scripts.
The domains that look like domain.aaa.bbb like domain.com.au were not tested until now. I suspect this kind of domain causes the issue. I will investigate it deeper. In the meantime I suggest you:

    • Go to the FDP page where you have the issues
    • Right-click => Inspect => Console
    • If you see any error, please share them with me
    • Then downgrade to the previous version until we publish a new version that fixes this bug

    Have a great day!

    Hello @jadedjester

the domain .com.au doesn’t give any problem in my testing installation.

I suggest you use the browser Google Chrome, then:

    • Go to the FDP page where you have the issues using the browser Google Chrome
    • Right-click => click on Inspect => click on Console
    • If you see any errors, please share them with me
    • Click on Network
    • Refresh the page
    • Click on the page URL that you see in the column “Name”. It will be something that looks like admin.php?page=eos_dp_….
    • Copy the Content Security Policy declaration that you see in the panel Headers => Response Headers, and share it with me

See the following picture for more clarification:

Let me know if something is not clear.

    Have a great day!
