  • Hi @rockymtnhi

When you add the shortcode to the homepage, it seems you are using a Default template for the slider that works correctly but the other page where it doesn’t work correctly is using the right-sidebar page template.

It difficult to work it out since I can’t pause the slider, but there appears to be a conflict on the rightside bar page with the height being set to 350.

Can you try changing the slider dimensions from 350 (height) to maybe 450 and see if that helps the right-sidebar page reduce the bouncing on transition?

I changed the height to 450, 300 and 352 and they all have the same bouncing buttons. I also swapped from the Base to the Classic slider theme and same result.

What else do you think I can try?

I don’t understand why the width is conlicting, but I am stuck on how to troubleshoot this.

Can you give me some more insight?

    Thanks

    Hi @rockymtnhi ??

Hmm, that actually worked for me when I changed the height in the console (using the inspector tool). If you deactivate all the plugins and the theme to see if the problem disappears? There’s definitely something on that homepage causing the issue since it does work correctly on the default page template.

So, do you think it is a javascript issue, or spacing which tells me maybe CSS? Gotta figure it out.

    Hi @rockymtnhi

I would say it’s more of a CSS issue. But I’m not seeing this on your site link any longer, did you happen to already resolve the issue?
