Buttons Disappeared

All of a sudden, they disappeared. I deactivated a few plugins that weren’t paramount, but I still couldn’t get the buttons to show up on the sidebar again.
I deleted the Smart Layers plugin, and I had to revert back to the old AddThis plugin which I’m only able to show on my blog posts. I would love to have the floating buttons back though.
