Buttons Disappeared with 3.9 WP Update

Hello,
I have just updated WP to 3.9, and most of the buttons in the editor have disappeared, except one line with the basic functions.
I have deactivated and reactivated, logged out and in, and reset the button setting … but nothing happened.
Please help.
