buttons disappearing

  • my buttons are not showing up on my comments page. I am using a searchbutton.php where I am calling my search button. for some reason it calls the button when I lead it back to public_html and then back through my themes and then in my gifs folder, but I can’t get it straight out of my gifs folder like “gifs/image.gif” then, it just doesn’t show up at all on my comments page why is this??? help!

  • I’m not quite sure from your description exactly where your gifs folder is. If it is outside of your wordpress folder, you might try

    ../gifs/image.gif

    to call up the button

    or

    http://$HTTP_HOST/gifs/image.gif

    or perhaps

    $_SERVER["DOCUMENT_ROOT"] . "/gifs/image.gif"
