Buttons do not appear when i come out of coming soon setting

What are you using for putting the site into Coming Soon mode?

Its by SeedProd? Called seed prod coming soon…

The free or pro version?

It is the free version but how would that mess up the easy digital download plugin and not allow me to see the buttons when i deactivate it? do i need to use another coming soon plugin?

I know the developer of Coming Soon so I’m going to ping him to see if he knows why.

I’m the author of the Coming Soon plugin. Can you create me a temp admin if you feel comfortable and send the credentials to john at seedprod com / I’ll take a look at the issue!

I’m try to reproduce the issue in my dev environment in the mean time.

I don’t reckon its the coming soon plugin as i have another website I’m designing and I’m using easy digital download on that also, this site doesn’t have a coming soon plugin its just live and the buttons still don’t work on that? when im logged into the dashboard i can see it… but for all people who are not logged in, they can not see the buttons

I recommend disabling all your plugins except the easy digital downloads plugin and see if it occurs. If it does not occur start enabling plugins one by one until it breaks. If you disable all the plugins except for EDD and still have an issue then enable the default theme and see if it occurs.

Report back what you find out.

Hi i just done that and it still does not work – It was showing up when i was signed into the dashboard but if logged out and tried to find the buttons to purchase it wasn’t anywhere to be seen

Do you have WP Super Cache installed?
