Buttons Do not show up.

I have disabled the plugin. I tried uninstalling it, Reinstalling it, creating a new page even and the page pops up fine but there are no buttons displayed. it use to work and I have been updating all the plugins when I see that there is an update. I am not sure at what point but the buttons dont display any more. I know that the plugin still leaves something in the sql database as when it is reinstalled it remembers the settings.
Are there any know plugin conflicts with this and its buttons?
