Buttons don’t center verticlally

    For me, the vertical justification setting for buttons does not work. Buttons are always at the bottom of the box they are in. The vertical justification for center or top don’t work.

    I am running WordPress 6.1.1, Twenty Seventeen 3.1, using php 8.1 and MySql 8.0.32.

    I did some looking into this and it is not a Twenty Seventeen issue. It is an issue with wp-includes/css/dist/block-library/style.css.
