Buttons gets displaced from different posts after updating

Hello,

I’m still using old 1.37 VERSION of this plugin, but every time I update to new version, my old buttons gets displaced from different posts. It seems the old settings of my plugin doesn’t pass to new version.

However, the old 1.37 version is working perfectly fine. But I’m trying to update to new version without messing my old buttons. Please help! Thanks! ??
