Buttons not aligning with top of blog post

  • Hi,

    I use these buttons for disclosure at the top of my blog posts. I’ve had issues in the past with the buttons not aligning with the top of my blog posts, and changing the “margin top” pixels to -70 works for some pages, but not all. Depending on where you view my blog (mobile or desktop) or what page you’re on, the buttons will move up and overlap the post title. I just want it to align with the top of my blog post and stay there.

    Kind of- for the most part it seems to be aligning fine with only one button, but I’m still having this issue when I try to add two buttons right next to each other at the top of my post. When I view the blog post, they align on top of each other (with a space in between), instead of aligning right beside the other.

    I have the “wrap with center div” button unchecked, but the “use container” button is checked. Hope that helps- thank you!

    Try unchecking the container box and then set display to inline-block and let me know how that goes.

    Thanks for your reply again- I tried what you said, and when I hit “previous post” the buttons appear about an inch below the top of my post and still have about a space or two in between them. I took a screenshot, see picture below-
