Buttons not showing on mobile “category description”

Hi, may i’m trying to use button shortcode for my product categories, i noticed that the buttons aren’t showing on mobile. I want it to show and swipable on mobile/tablet when the buttons are too long, just like this website: https://www.sephora.com/shop/makeup-cosmetics?pl=1&ph=20&ptype=manual

is it possible? firstly i would like the buttons to display first. Please take a look. Thanks!
