Buttons Only Appear at Bottom of Post

Hi,
I just downloaded and installed the plugin and it is displaying the buttons only at the bottom of the post. When I go in and change the location to TOP, the buttons still display at the bottom. I cleared cache, tried different browsers, restarted browser…
Any ideas?
