Buttons showing up in places they shouldn’t be

  • Hi,

    I am on latest WordPress, and latest version of your sharethis plugin.
    I have configured my buttons to show at the bottom of my posts, and they do show up there.
    However, they also show up in another place that they should not be: on my post slider!

    I am using the Extra theme from Elegant Themes.

    Hey @neufsky thats an interested problem! The plugin does utilize “the_content” filter to add the button container to posts. The issue is most likely due to the slider using a post loop to add post content. If the post slider is on a page the buttons should not appear if you have the “page” options turned off. Otherwise your best bet is to hide them using CSS. If you send me a url of the problem I can give you more specific instructions. Let me know. Thanks for reaching out!
