    Hello,

I’m having a problem with the translation of the quiz buttons. My site is in French with an English version. So I created an English quiz but the “next”, “previous” and “restart the quiz” buttons remain in French.
Strangely enough, the button on the quiz home page (Start) is translated into English.
I cleared the cache, but that didn’t solve the problem.

    Any ideas?

Solved it myself. I hadn’t seen the options in “general settings”.

    Dear @nooka57,

    Thank you for your topic.

We’re glad to hear you’ve managed to find the necessary feature.

Yes, the options to adjust the translation for the quiz buttons can be found in the General Settings section.
    See the screenshot below:

In fact, it’s all very confusing.
In the french.po file, everything is correct, and the button translations are fine. But on my site, when I configure the buttons in “general settings” as shown in the attached images, the result is incorrect.

This is the French version here. The next and previous buttons don’t match. I don’t understand it anymore.

    Dear @nooka57,

    Thank you for your reply.

If you make any changes to the button text from the General Settings, please note that those texts will no longer be translatable.

We’ve noticed that the default text for the “Previous” button (Prev) has been modified in your case, which is why the modified text is appearing on the front end instead of the translated one.

    See the screenshot below:

If you want this text to be translatable, you’ll need to revert it to the default text.
To do this, simply delete the current text in the corresponding input field, save the changes, and the default text will automatically be restored.

Additionally, we recommend updating the .pot file.

Please try this and let us know if the issue is resolved.

    Thank you.
