Buttons Unresponsive

With the exception of the calendar date and edit button, none of the links on the Agenda view page work. No link address appears when I hover over them. I went through all of the troubleshooting steps and nothing has fixed or addressed the issue.

The calendar works elsewhere on my site using AI1EC widgets (neither appear on this same page so there’s no crossover). I am using the Nirvana theme and WordPress 4.1.1. Unfortunately, I am using it on an internal network server and cannot share the link. Therefore all I can offer is this screen shot.
