    Good day,

    I had a bug – I set myself to get one margherita (32 cm) for free when buying two large pizzas (attribute – 40 cm in size). You will see the settings in the attached image.

    If I add 2x large pizza to the basket, then I will also add Margherita – 32cm, but 2x (once for the normal price and once as a free product).

    What could be the problem? If I want to remove Margherit for a normal price, I can’t.

  • Hi, @kulda_s,

    Could you send us a report in *.json format?
    You need to go to the Pricing rules > Settings > Debug and turn on the “Show debug panel at bottom of the page” checkbox. Next, please, go to the cart (it shouldn’t be empty) and click “Get system report” – “Export all” in the debug bar.

    Here is *.json file (Json on Google Drive)

    I only inserted 2x 40 cm pizzas. You will see that there are four inserted.

    2x 40cm
    1x gift – free
    1x same pizza as a gift, but for the full price

    I will add which version of WP and WooCommerce I use.

    WP – 5.6.1
    Woo – 5.0.0

    It’s a problem with the “Custom Payment Gateways for WooCommerce” plugin.
