Buy Now button not showing

    Hey There!

    So when on the product page, the “Buy Now” button is not showing. Only the “Add to Cart” button is showing.
    When I check on both Mobile and Desktop, there is only a line showing (button), if you manage to click on that line, then it prompts the command. It seems to be a styling issue, not sure.
    I provided the link so you can replicate the issue.
    I’ve deactivated all the plugins hoping it is a conflict with plugins but that does not seem to be the case.

    Hi @epicmat, I agree with your assessment that this is most likely a styling issue. That’s usually caused by a theme that is not compatible with that particular functionality.

    To verify this, I suggest temporarily switching to the default “Storefront” theme. If the buttons display correctly under Storefront, then you know that the issue is coming from the theme you are using.

    We recommend that these steps are taken on a staging site, which is a clone of your live site that you can modify without risking making any permanent damage to your live site. You can create it using a plugin like WP-Staging: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging/

    Hey Fernando! Thank you for your prompt reply.
    I downloaded the plugin as instructed and installed the Storefront theme. However, nothing has changed, I’m still not able to see the “Buy Now” button. I also tried two other themes from Woocommerce but to no avail.

    Oh, that’s odd. I’d like to take a closer look at that. Could you please share a link to that staging site created with https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging/ with the Storefront theme active?

    It would be a good idea to disable all the plugins except for WooCommerce and Stripe on the staging site too.

    Hi there Dani!

    Sorry I took forever. I double-checked again with Storefront, and this time around I do see the “Buy Now” button with Storefront installed on the Staging website along with all the plugins activated.

    So when switching to Storefront, I do see the “Buy Now” option now.

    Hey again!

    That does seem to indicate that there is a theme issue causing the button to be missing. I would recommend reaching out to the support team for the theme for more help .
