    Hi,
    I need buy version 3.2.4, i work with many location/positions, I work with many locations, and in the new version there are no more, too many calendars is not a good job for me.
    I’m waiting for instructions, many thanks.

    please order the current version, and we’ll send you the old version too.

    By the way, calendars in the new version is a direct replacement of locations in the old one. So if you have many locations, you would just create calendars per each location. Just as you would do with v3. I don’t see any benefits of v3 here. And the new version adds a benefit – you can associate a limited set of employees with a location (calendar), and in the schedule view if you filter by calendar, it will show you only the employees that are eligible to work in this location (calendar).

    Hi, I have already ordered the new version; thinking of finding the previous version in the account area, I’ll write directly from the support to get the previous version, thanks.
    About the locations you’re right, I can use the calendars even if they are 160 locations, but I do not know where to store the geo lat and long, I used all the fields: id name description (lat & long) and color in the location … In the last version the calendar now has no fields, only color and name.
    How can I upgrade from version 3 to version 4, is there any documentation?

    as of version 4.0.7, we’ve re-added the description field for calendars. If the description for a calendar is entered, it’s displayed in the shift detailed view in the calendar.
