You can consider using Discount Bar feature to display your discount rules in product page.

Using discount bar option:

• Add your own texts to be displayed in product pages which has discounts.
• Customize the look and feel of the discount bar with the color picker.
• Choose the position to display the Bar on product page.

This is a great example and works well, but is there an example set up on your website that would help with setting up the discount rules mentioned in my initial question?

To apply “Add ‘X’ to your cart and get 10% off ‘Y’”, you can setup Something like this: https://nimb.ws/pQytc1 (so that 10% off will be applied on product Y, if customer buys product X)
