Plugin doesn’t work. Read all the support threads and in all of them the support person always want access to the customers back end. Not something any support for a plugin would ask for right out of the gate. Their website is a scam. It’s for some webhosting company but they don’t have a working contact page or email. The only way to get support is through this forum. There is a working plugin for a news ticker called Live News.

For your information, this is a screenshot of the last seven days of support to our paid users, which we have answered with solutions. So, our website is not a scam. Only premium users can contact by login. You asked for a refund in your earlier thread. Then tell us your name in our website you used to purchase the plugin. We’ll refund you. No need to change this rating. It will be instructive for us. And, this is the first 1 star rating for this plugin since its release in 2014!
