Buyer Beware- This plugin has the worst support and does not function correctly

This plugin is a great idea, but the functionality is horrible and the support is even worse. Take a look in almost every thread here and you will see that none of the questions are provided with a solution and are always told to contact “support” who either don’t answer or take a week to respond. They are in Armenia and the time difference is one of the excuses for not responding. I would warn anyone who is thinking of purchasing the “pro” version to save your money and look for another option as this plugin has many issues that never seem to get fixed and every update is another set of issues.
