My clients 3x sites are also experiencing this same issue when customers pay through PayPal Standard.
This has only started happening since updating to WooCommerce v2.4.7 (from v2.4.5).

OK, I’ve done some testing, and if I select to ‘send shipping address to paypal’ in the WooComm settings, it works. If I unselect it, it doesn’t send anything. Unselected it’s supposed to send the billing address, right?

I’ve tested four WooComm stores and none of them send address with selecting ‘send shipping address’.

    ^Confirmed on my side also.

As well as this, I also checked several other clients’ sites (running v2.4.5) and they appear to be sending the customers address just fine (without having to select ‘send shipping address to PayPal’).
To me this confirms that either v2.4.6 or v.2.4.7 of WooCommerce contains a bug.

@seanuk – are you able to write a list of the plugins that in use on your clients site?

There are some common plugins used on most sites, but even a site with no plugins installed has the problem.

just to clarify (I made a mistake in previous post)

Tested four WC installs. Only send address to Paypal if ‘Send shippping address’ checked in WC settings. If unchecked it does not send address.

I find it strange that we seem to be the only ones reporting this (quite severe) problem.
Would anyone else care to comment whether you’re experiencing the same issue with v2.4.7?

Same problem here on v2.4.10 – anyone have any ideas?
