• Hello,

all the process is going well but after the purchase, the admin receives a notification of order but the purshaser doesn’t receive any mail of confirmation and so doesn’t receive the tickets he bought.
Where can be the problem ?

    thank you.

    Hello,
I did manipulations I found in an older post.
There is an email history entry in the backoffice.

But when I check if the domain have a valid SPF record, here is the message I get :
SPF record lookup and validation for: https://surlespasdhypatie.fr
SPF records are published in DNS as TXT records.
The TXT records found for your domain are:
Checking to see if there is a valid SPF record.
No valid SPF record found of either type TXT or type SPF.

But I don’t understand why I receive the admin notification mail and why the custumer does not.

SPF records are one element of verification that spam filters frequently use to check whether a message sent is legitimate. They aren’t required for email to be delivered, and they’re far from the *only* way that information is checked – however, not having an SPF will limit your delivery to some addresses.

Adding an SPF record still doesn’t guarantee delivery, but it will improve the percentage of your messages that are received by the recipient.

    Hello,
I added a record in the DNS. The custumer receive the message (the first one normally but the other ones went in the spam file). At least it arrived in the mailbox…
I don’t know nothing about thoose things but I’m going to looking for an other record maybe which could avoid to fall in the spam file… I don’t know if it’s possible.

Anyway, thank you so much !
