Buying Pro

Hi, My requirement is :
I want different menus on different pages:
– I want multiple menu items
– and adjust the size of the menu
– Adjust or Disable for mobile site.

Does the Pro version provide this? I have very long pages and want to add links in the floating menu to navigate on the same page.

Which plugin do I buy, I see many plugins fo this.
