"by by" showing in posts

    seems to be some ‘overspill’ from a plugin – something with ‘synved’ (?);

    if you look at the single post, you see social media buttons (twice) with some ‘by’…

    the plugin seems to be incompatible with your theme – remove either of them or contact the plugin’s developer for support.

    quite a few ‘social media button’ plugins have problems with ‘the_excerpt()’ function;

    from the posts page, I went into the single post; then used ‘View’ ‘view source’ and checked the css classes around the stray ‘by’ code output; then used websearch to find anything related to ‘synved’ …
