By line effect on mobile

    Dear Mike,
    I would like to keep the “by line” effect still showing when we are on mobile. Because, the byline does’nt appear at all. And on a mobile, except if I am wrong, I am only able to click on the image…
    I guess it’s with the command byline effect=none but I don’t know how to implement it.

    Hi Vincent!

    Interesting consideration – maybe it should even be a default option to disable hover effect on touch devices. For now, I don’t think there is a way to have byline effects on non-touch devices, but disable the effect on touch devices.

    If you set the byline to none in your shortcode, all screens and devices will stop having a byline effect. For now, that is the way to go, but I’ll look into adding a hybrid solution to the plugin asap!
