Please post a link to your iTunes Store listing so we can take a look at what’s going on.

I asked iTunes about this by page array and they sent me back an email saying its on my side..

I also have a menu on my website that shows up the feed blog. It has a link to download the video, can you disable that link so folks can’t d/l the video?

The “by page array” title problem is happening on multiple feeds on your website. There’s a good chance then that it’s being caused by your WordPress theme. Please switch to the default 2016 WordPress theme and see if the problem goes away. You will need to look at the podcast RSS feed itself, as it can take up to 24 hours for changes to be reflected in an iTunes Store listing.

I don’t see on your website where the video download links are showing up.

Here is the image of the d/l button I would like to remove.

I can’t really change the theme because it is tied to the educational LMS I am using. Sounds like I need to talk to Guru.

The easiest way to test the issue with the feed title is to change the theme briefly to a default WordPress theme, and then look at the source code of the feed and see if the title tag is correct. If it is, you can then change back to the theme you want to use and contact the theme developer for support.

You can disable that download link by going to PowerPress >> Settings, Advanced Mode >> Website and uncheck the box next to Display Download Link. Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.

    Hello @randybtx,

You can view the default WordPress feed URL to see that the words “page array” is in the feed title: https://workingequitationuniversity.com/feed/. It is also happening to your other WordPress default feeds including the Categorized category https://workingequitationuniversity.com/category/Uncategorized/feed/

To confirm it is happening by your theme (or another plugin) you can temporarily disable PowerPress, then refresh the default feed URL (https://workingequitationuniversity.com/feed/) to see that the “page array” is still present in the feed.

IF you can view the feeds in Firefox that would be optimal, it will style the feed in a view-able way. Hope this helps!

Thank you Angelo, That helped.. I disabled PowerPress and still got the “page array” then I switched my theme and still had a “page array” when viewing it in FireFox. So that tells me it must be in the Sensie plugin, in my LMS..

Okay so I went through all my plugin and deactivated them one by one.. I still get the “page array”

I have no clue where it is coming from..

@randybtx, I just following up did you figure out what is causing the page array error?

    (@randybtx)

So I am still working on this bug.. We have narrow it down to coding in your plugin.. We tried to go into the coding, but was not successful. We are hopping that you will send us a patch or go into our code and fix it..

I would be happy to give you fttp access to mess around with your code.

Due to legal liability concerns, we do not connect to other websites to diagnose without doing so in a consultation. We do this so all parties involved can see what we are doing through screen sharing like Gotomeeting.

Can you tell me where in PowerPress source you believe found the problem?

Can you re-confirm the problem is with PowerPress? Earlier you confirmed otherwise. Please disable PowerPress and view your default feed to see if the “by page array” goes away. If so, please let me know, we will gladly setup a Gotomeeting session as you have found a bug in PowerPress and we want to get it resolved.
