“By Post ID” and “By Taxonomy” empty

    Hi!
    Thank you for the great plugin!

    I have a floating issue with the Post ID and Taxonomy selection. I use woocommerce. We have about 230 products.

    Two or three days ago everything worked on the main site, but not on the local one. Doesn’t work for both now.

    Updated the plugin but it didn’t help. VP 5.4.2

    What could be the problem?

    Hi @zzaq17 I’m not quite sure what isn’t working. I looked at the page you mention, and I do see a carousel on it.

    Right. This carousel is for featured products.
    But if I choose “By Taxonomy/Category”, nothing happens.

    In the code, if you remove the hidden class, only the title and description appear, but there is no selection field.

    The day before, I only installed the google tag manager plugin. And configured the transfer of ecommerce data to dataLayer. Can it have any effect?

    Hi @zzaq17

    It sounds like there is some kind of jquery/script errors are occurring on your site, and this is causing scripts to not execute.

    Yes, that’s how it worked recently)

    Okay, thanks for the support. I hope I find this unfortunate script.

    If you use the inspector, you should be able to see what script is causing the error. You could also try disabling whatever other plugin you added recently to see if that’s it.
