By using shortcode shows only avatars without name and bio

It works fine on pages but doesn’t on posts. But it’s fine for me in this case.
And perhaps something wrong with this files https://github.com/pbearne/wp-author-avatars/archive/master.zip When I uploaded and activited, interface of tinyMCE just vanished.

I need to sort the tinyMCE it has code for 3.9 in it sounds like that might creating a problem in older code

When I update plugin directly from WordPress it was all good. The problem was just when I uploaded files from github on ftp and activated then.
