Byline and category not displaying in Canvas?

Not sure if this is a testimonials bug, or a Canvas bug. My testimonials page and the details page both show the “author” instead of the byline, even though it’s been entered in the testimonials post. I’ve also added a category, which is also not showing.

Would love to see some documentation on this plugin.
