Bypass Cookies not working for me

    SOLUTION FOUND: On Cloudways hosting, Varnish cache is turned on by default. I disabled that and it worked right away.

    How to fix:

    1. Login to Cloudways
    2. Click Applications
    3. Find your site
    4. Go to Application Settings > General
    5. Click “Varnish” slider to disable
