Bypass minimum order amount for select customers

  • Hello,
    I would like to set a minimum order amount to $70 on my site and would like to only allow a few guests to be able to bypass this limit. Everybody else not on that approved list would have to spend $70 to checkout their items.

    Shopping cart is Woocommerce.

    Is there a plugin that covers this already?
