• Hi all,

Because my cache files were growing very fast (probably because of debbuging in w3 total chache) I have turned of debugging option and removed files in wp-content/cache/log/000000/ and since then the site is dead.
Can someone help me to fix this issue?

    Many thanks!

  • Can you access your site’s hosting by FTP? If so, what happens if you rename into something else (anything, like adding an underscore in the beginning) the directory of w3 total cache in wp-content/plugins/, as it will deactivate the w3 total cache, maybe it will work for you?

You may need otherwise to switch, even if briefly, your blog to the default theme (same thing, renaming differently the directory with your current theme, renaming forces deactivation).

I recommend asking at https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/w3-total-cache/#new-post so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.
