    Hi
    If I use a cache plugin – eg wp-rocket – will the plugin still work to show content based on location or do I need to turn off cache for pages where I use it?

    A cache plugin basically convert the page contents into a static file. This means all visitors are seeing the same content.

    Please disable cache if you want to use this plugin.
