    Hello,
    Hope you are doing great!

Suppose, if I serve totally static cache, will this plugin work from client side?

    Thanks & Regards,
    Gulshan

    Hi Gulshan,
    Great question!

Because the actual link translation is done during the redirect, after they click on (updated) link on your site you can still take advantage of the localization service from a total static / cached website.

However, be sure to clear your cache after installing (or uninstalling) the plugin.

    Cheers.

Hi there, our apologies for trouble with this! After looking at your site’s source it doesn’t appear that the ALE Plugin is installed correctly. Can you verify that you have in installed and enabled?

If you can confirm that, and it’s still not working, be sure to clear your cache (specifically within Autoptimize) as this may be the reason why the plugin is not loading.

If you’re still encountering issues please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to investigate further!

    Best,

    Matt

pro-tip; you can disable AO on a per-request basis by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL ??

    hope this helps debugging,
    frank (ao dev)
