Cache and CDN not working on 2nd domain

    Hi,

    My website is using WPML to translate my Dutch website into English using WPML. My main site in Dutch is being cached and I can see most of the files are served by CDN. My second domain https://www.aquainfo.org is not being cached and not being served by CDN?

    How do I enable cache and CDN on my second domain?
